WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders ship in 3-5 business days. Due to the impact of COVID-19 and other supply chain delays, some products may ship up to 5-7 business days after the order is placed.

I PLACED AN ORDER AND NOTICED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, CAN I UPDATE THIS?

To ensure timely deliveries, we process orders as soon as they are placed.  Please email us at hello@babicaoil.com as soon as possible. If your package has not been processed for shipping, we will do our best to change your information.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Yes, you may choose Expedited as your shipping service in your checkout options. 


DO YOU DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES?

Our carrier partners do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Please email us at hello@babicaoil.com, and we can assist you with selecting an alternate carrier for a P.O. Box delivery. Please note that our customer service is available 9am - 5pm EST Monday - Friday.


DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We don’t ship internationally just yet, but stay tuned.


HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

When your order ships, we will send you a notice and tracking number.

 

Returns + Refunds

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

We’re sure you’re going to love your new Babica oils, but if you unpack it and find out that it somehow does not meet your expectations and it isn’t right for you, you should send us an email to hello@babicaoil.com immediately, so we can check and authorize the return. You have 14 days from the delivery date to inform us about your order cancellation and 30 days to bring your return to the post (it needs to be postmarked within these 30 days).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Use and Care

HOW DO I STORE MY OIL?

Store away from intense heat but somewhere visible. 

WHEN IS IT BEST BEFORE?

Your oils are best used within 6 months of opening. Unopened cans can last up to 2 years from batch date.
